I got to know the Raber family, first, through the Officer Spouses Club. Michelle is so energetic, fun and outgoing!! What a wonderful woman!! She bid on a few of my gift certificates that were donated to the club for various fundraising reasons. I was glad that she was one of the winners!!
We just stuck around the base and mostly just had a fun time!! Dad was a great sport, which is always nice!! :-) They since have moved on to a new location. I really dislike it when I get to know someone and I wish I could have known longer before they moved... but that is part of life. Thanks goodness for social networking and being able to keep in touch better!!
