{The Stempfly Family} Mountain Home, Idaho: Family Photographer

During the Christmas weekend, I was able to get together with the Stempfly family to take their family photos! It worked out perfectly with all their children being in town for the holiday. It was a little cold... but we still managed to have FUN! They were tough and grinned and bared the snow and cold for some fun shots!

{Merry Christmas!}

As we are all preparing for the events to come in the next few days, I just wanted to remind us all to remember the true meaning of Christmas. I know it's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of presents, parties, and fun. But lets not forget the great meaning behind Christmas. Lets remember to love one another. Not only durning this time of year, but all year round. Lets remember those that are less fortunate. Lets remember this Holy Night. Lets remember to be more like Him.

Remember the B' Family? Mrs. Bangerter is a dear friend and fellow photog buddy of mine! It was family portrait time in their household... which we all know, photo time can be stressful- getting everyone ready and trying to find the perfect outfits/location!! I even think it is harder for a photographer to have their own portraits taken. Speaking from my own experience, it is always hard to get someone to capture that shot that you already have laid out in your head. But what might be a stressful situation for some, is BLISS for others... I love what I do! I just had a great time with them, and just LOVE them all! Despite our TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES and EQUIPMENT BREAKING (you think with 2 professional photographers, we could manage to not break anything) we got some great shots!

{Logan Utah Temple}

I have a lot of family history that is in this specific temple. It holds a special place in my heart. My Great-Great-Great Grandfather was killed in efforts to haul the granite from the Logan Canyon as the building blocks for this great temple.

{Mesa Arizona Temple}

While in Arizona photographing Daniel & Jamie's wedding, I made sure I planned a visit to the Mesa Temple. My husband I were married there 7 1/2 years ago. I have been wanting a nice enlarged print for my wall for some time now and decided that it was time I do just that. I have also decided to put these prints up for sale. They are such a great idea for the holidays! I'll also be adding the Logan Utah Temple soon!
